CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST

Do you have what it takes to keep the customer happy? ECVC is looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly (verbal & written). Handles customer inquiries, orders and complaints on the telephone or electronically in an efficient, courteous and friendly manner. Inputs customer data into the service information system. Must have good working knowledge of computers including Word, Excel and databases. Ideal candidate will possess good problem solving and multi-tasking skills while being very detailed oriented. Must be a quick learner and be able to deal with frequent interruptions. Minimum required is a 2-year degree or equivalent experience in utilizing his/her skills & abilities to answer customer questions and promote customer satisfaction.
