Forklift Operator/Warehouse

ECVC has an opening for a highly skilled individual to operator a forklift in our warehouse. This position needs someone that can do a variety of tasks:
. Operate forklift and perform daily operator checks of lift truck(s).
. Unload own raw materials
. Place materials in assigned staging area
. Remove finished product from production line and place in appropriate staging areas
. May function as a Materials Handler
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Have one year of experience operating a forklift. Be able to pass a forklift obstacle course. Also, be able to pass all hazard material handling classes with a grade of 85 or higher. There are about 80 hours worth of classes that each person must attend and pass as part of their hiring process. A valid driver's license is required. Flexibility and a clean driving record are a must. Duties vary from light to heavy work. Some duties may require lifting, carrying, and stacking items weighing as much as 75 pounds.
