David Roche, 2004
David Roche is a humorist and keynote speaker who has transformed the lessons of lifelong facial disfigurement into a compelling
message. He is "...a theater pioneer, a major contributor to the emerging culture of disability. His ground breaking work gives
voice to people who have been hidden and shamed. He weaves childhood memories, scars, dreams, desires and everyday human
experiences into a brilliantly funny, moving and absolutely mesmerizing evening." (Cheryl Wade, Disability Rag). David appeared at
the White House in 1999 and in 2000 he headlined at the Paralympics Arts Festival in Sydney, Australia. He is currently performing
in the USA, Canada, Ireland, England and Australia.
